The GDP2019 Conference will be held in Akademgorodok, Tomsk Scientific Center, and we recommend you RUBIN Hotel as part of the Congress Center and a convenient place for your nearest accommodation with restaurant dining.
To receive a conference participant discount, when booking a room, you should indicate that you are a RAS employee. This option only works when booking through the
hotel website
. (no Booking.com, Trip.com, etc.)
You can also send an email to the hotel address indicating that you are a participant in the conference.
